Enter one of northern Tanzania’s most distinctive landscapes, shaped by towering baobab trees, seasonal waterways and impressive wildlife.
After breakfast, leave Arusha behind and travel towards Tarangire National Park . As you enter the park, the landscape opens into rolling savannah dotted with giant baobab trees and acacia woodland.
Tarangire is especially known for its elephants . Depending on the season, you may encounter family groups moving between feeding grounds, gathering near the river or resting in the shade of ancient trees. Your private guide will also search for giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, antelopes and predators.

After breakfast, continue towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area . From the crater rim, enjoy your first view across the vast caldera before descending along the winding road to the crater floor for a private game drive .
The fertile plains and permanent water sources support a remarkable concentration of wildlife. During your exploration, you may encounter lions, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, elephants, hyenas and numerous bird species. The crater is also one of Tanzania’s important habitats for the endangered black rhino , although sightings are never guaranteed.
