A Vision Born in Tanzania
Go Vision Safaris began with a simple belief: travel should reveal the beauty of Tanzania while also creating meaningful connections between travellers, local people and the places they visit.
In 2020, Filipina transformed her passion for Tanzania’s natural landscapes, wildlife and communities into a locally led travel company. Her goal was to create journeys that felt personal, thoughtful and deeply connected to the country she calls home.
What started as one Tanzanian woman’s vision has grown into a trusted local network of safari guides, mountain professionals, coordinators, community partners and travel specialists working together to welcome guests from around the world.

Leadership with Heart and Local Purpose
Go Vision Safaris was founded by Filipina Richard, a Tanzanian entrepreneur whose love for nature, community and meaningful travel continues to guide every part of the company.
With a background in forestry and a deep connection to Tanzania’s landscapes, Filipina wanted to create journeys that introduced travellers to more than famous destinations. Her vision was to help guests understand the people, cultures and local stories that make Tanzania special.
Today, she remains personally involved in guest communication, journey planning, local partnerships and community initiatives. She works closely with guides, drivers, project coordinators and trusted partners to make every experience welcoming, organised and genuinely Tanzanian.
I want every guest to experience the Tanzania I know and love—not only through its wildlife and landscapes, but through its people, kindness and community spirit.
